Something blatantly unconstitutional, and yet still openly being done? Hard to believe I know. Seems like this would be a no-brainer lawsuit, that would be settled quickly once the lawbreakers were publicly embarrassed.

Our political process pretty much guarantees a local political aspirant will never move upwards unless he proves himself amenable to helping his ‘friends’.
