    In a free society, government’s fundamental duty is to protect people and their property from the force and fraud of others – especially government. These “investment” funds are inanely conceived and inherently incompetently managed. Harmfully, the investment fund is taking property from every taxpayer in Oregon. Money that could be spent, invested or donated as the rightful owner selects. The State of Oregon fails in its essential duty – to protect people and their property.
